Mothers and Daughters: A Conversation with Hanan al-Shaykh and Mariam Said

The speakers are Hanan al-Shaykh, a Lebanese-born, London-based writer, author of The Locust and the Bird: My Mother’s Story and Mariam Said, Vice President, The Barenboim Said Foundation USA and author of A World I Loved: The Story of
an Arab Woman. The moderator is Johnathan Wilson, Fletcher Professor of Rhetoric and Debate, Director of the Center for the Humanities, Tufts University (CHAT).
